Exciting News: Bowser’s Bath is now officially Fluff’d Grooming!
The last bit of sign changes are in progress! So while you may see the Bowser’s Bath sign on our store front for a bit longer, the updates are in progress, pending permits and installation!
We have changed our scheduling platform: Some of you may know we switched to a new platform in late July, and within a very short time we noticed big issues with the calendar functions, among other things. We did a very quick and efficient pivot to another system that we have rolled out this past week [September 9th] and it is working beautifully. The new platform and scheduling links are now live on our website, fluffdgrooming.com. We felt it was best to move again rather than try to adapt to problems that seemed to grow. Thank you for your patience!
Your account is stored under the primary cell phone number that your account was established with. You may also download the “Moego: for Pet Parents” app that is available on both app stores. Please verify spellings of your and your pets names, and don’t forget to add their birthday for a special treat!
Online or app access is not required but is available for those who want to use it for online scheduling.
Partner or family member information can be recorded for those who share pick-up and drop-off in a more functional way than we have had previously.
The Bowser’s Bath website and emails will still function, and will forward to our new domain so you won’t miss a thing!
Here’s what you can expect for notifications and communications:
Text messaging is set up for confirmations [appointments scheduled and pick-up], appointment reminders [sent 2 days before your appointment], and receipts.
Messaging will come from (772) 303-1147, and can also be used to send text messages to us.
We do not market by text message.
Email messaging is set up for confirmations, reminders, and receipts for those who do not want text messages.
If you elect to have no text or email notifications, you will not receive appointment confirmations and reminders.
We do not sell or share our client lists. We send a small amount of marketing emails when we have events, specials, or seasonal updates. Unsubscribing from these specific promotional emails will not remove you from appointment communications via text or email, and will be indicated in those emails.
Keeping lines of communications open is important for us. We take the responsibility of caring for your dog very seriously and we also want to be very clear in how we use and protect the information that we have when you put your trust in us.
