Who We Are
Fluff’d Grooming, formerly Bowser’s Bath, is owned and operated by Toni and Tiersa. Toni brings 15+ years of amazing Grooming Experience in small and large shops. Tiersa brings the operational know-how and helps keep things running behind the scenes. Between us, we have several decades of customer service experience and a lifelong love of Dogs! We live where we work [in Tigard, that is!] and we look forward to growing the business established as Bowser’s Bath in 1996.
Both native Oregonians, Toni was born and raised in Tigard, and after a chance meeting with a pretty awesome guy, Tiersa made Tigard her home almost twenty years ago.
We are an all-inclusive Grooming shop, we welcome all people and pups. We support local dog organizations that are doing good in our neighborhoods - and the world.
Our Team is here to make your Pup happy, clean, and ready for their next adventure! We focus on the skin and coat health, using products we have studied and tested on our own Dogs. Toni

Toni is our Co-Owner and Lead Groomer. Her 15+ years of experience and her understanding of what dogs need and how to deliver amazing grooming results led us to open our own Groom Shop.
She has a full schedule of her long-time clients, and she oversees the day-to-day operations to make sure we are delivering for each and every client.
Alyse
Alyse been a Groomer since 2017 and joined us in 2024. se of calm to her grooming.
While Alyse enjoys working with all dogs, big and small, she enjoys grooming Poodles and has a fondness for working with Chihuahuas, including her own!
Amanda
Amanda also joined us in the Spring of 2023, bringing her great grooming skills and her creative eye for color and creative grooming. She always appreciates the opportunity to work with our dog-safe hair/fur dyes!
Amanda enjoys working with all dogs, big and small, she has a fondness for fancy Poodles and Doodles and she does amazing work with Schnauzers! Amanda has been a Professional Groomer since 2018.
Haven
Haven joined us in January 2023, and is our part-time groomer. She has many years of great experience, loves her dogs, and has a fun eye for color as well.
Haven enjoys working with all her dog clients, and although she claims to not have favorites to work with she is fond of schnauzers, poms, doodles, corgies, and boxers!
